Is the free plan really free?

Yes — one live event page with core RSVP, for as long as you need it. It carries a small PlanMyEvent credit in the footer.

Do my guests pay or sign up?

Never. Guests open a link, reply, and can edit their answer later. No account, no app.

What happens to my event after the day?

It stays yours. Switch it into thank-you mode to keep the guestbook and gallery as a keepsake, with the original details archived.

Can I remove your branding?

Yes, on Pro Host (custom branding) and Event Professional (full white-label with a custom domain).

What is included in PlanMyEvent AI?

Drafting, the planning audit and grounded planner and host Q&A, under fair-use limits on paid plans. If AI is unavailable, every planner feature still works from deterministic templates and your own data.

Is SMS included?

No. SMS is billed and handled separately by the messaging provider, because carrier pricing varies by country. Email reminders are included.

How is billing handled?

Subscriptions and entitlements are built in, but checkout only opens once the workspace owner connects a billing provider. Until then plan changes need admin configuration.
