Privacy notice

Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This document describes how the product currently handles data. It must be reviewed and approved by the owner's legal counsel before commercial launch.

What we collect

From hosts: account email and the event details you enter. From guests: the answers submitted in an RSVP or guestbook entry — name, email, optional mobile number, party details, travel status, dietary or accessibility notes and any message.

How it is used

Guest information is used to run the event it was given for: planning numbers, catering and access needs, and sending reminders or updates the guest consented to. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the host workspace that owns the event. Guest names, contact details and private RSVP messages are never displayed on a public event page. Workspaces are isolated at the database level.

Messaging consent

Reminders and updates only reach guests who opted in. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them, and opting out is honoured for future sends.

Analytics

We record anonymous product events such as an invitation being viewed or an RSVP being submitted. Guest names, emails, phone numbers, messages and notes are stripped before anything is recorded.

Retention and deletion

Event and guest data is kept while the event exists in your workspace. Hosts can delete individual RSVPs or an entire event; deletion removes the associated guest records.

Contact

Questions about this notice should go to the workspace owner who published the event you were invited to.
