Terms of service
Your account
Hosts are responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure and for the actions of anyone they invite into their workspace.
Your content
Event wording, photos and guest data remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display your event page to the people you share it with.
Guest data responsibility
You are the controller of your guests' information. Collect only what your event needs, and honour requests from guests to correct or remove their details.
Messaging
Reminders and updates may only be sent to guests who have consented. Bulk unsolicited messaging is not permitted and may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive content, and no attempts to access another workspace's events or guests.
Plans and billing
Plan entitlements are described on the pricing page. Where billing is not yet configured, paid features require workspace-owner setup and no payment is taken.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of anything critical to your event.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops; material changes will be communicated to workspace owners.
